How is Inbill different from a free Wave or Zoho Invoice account?
Inbill is document-first: seven hand-built PDF templates (including POS receipt, clinic receipt, and editorial), an AI assistant that drafts invoices from plain English, 47 invoice currencies, partial-payment tracking, and a hosted public link. Wave bundles full accounting and limits new accounts to the US and Canada; Zoho Invoice is strongest inside the Zoho suite, with allowances that vary by region.
Can I generate an invoice with AI?
Yes. Inbill includes a built-in AI assistant. The assistant also extracts client details from pasted emails or business cards.

Yes. Tap the mic button on any screen and speak — the assistant creates clients, products, services, invoices, and recurring schedules, records payments, sends invoice emails, and answers questions like "who owes me money this month?". Every write action appears as a review card first; nothing commits until you approve it.
Which languages does voice input support?
English, Urdu, Hindi, and Arabic work across web and Android, with more via the phone's built-in speech packs on the native app. Speak in your language, review the drafted invoice in the form, and send. Voice transcripts land as editable text — they are never auto-sent.
How fast can I send my first invoice?
Under three minutes. Sign in, fill company details once (logo, address, tax ID, bank info), add a client, hit "Create invoice". Download the PDF, hit Email, or share the public link. The same data drives all seven templates — switching templates never changes the numbers.
Does Inbill handle recurring invoices?
Yes. Set a schedule (weekly, monthly, or any RRULE pattern), pick a template invoice, and Inbill generates and optionally emails the next invoice automatically. The cron runs hourly. Recurring invoices are a Pro feature; the Free plan focuses on one-off billing.
Which countries and currencies are supported?
Used by freelancers and small studios in 30+ countries. 47 currencies are supported including USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, INR, CNY, JPY, and PKR. Each invoice can be in a different currency. Multi-rate VAT and UBL tax categories (S/Z/E/AE/O) are supported per line item.
