Pricing FAQ

What happens after 10 invoices?

Nothing breaks. You can still view, edit, share and get paid on every invoice you already made; creating a new one asks you to upgrade. Your free allowance resets on the 1st of each month (UTC).

Can I get Pro without paying?

Yes — refer friends. Every friend who signs up with your link and confirms their email earns you 30 days of Pro, free (credited after 24 hours). They stack. Up to 12/year. Find your share link in Settings → Referrals after sign-up.

Will my client see ads on the invoice?

No. Your client sees a clean PDF and a clean hosted invoice page with your details and payment instructions. Always.

What if I cancel Pro?

You drop back to Free. Past invoices stay yours; new ones go through the Free-tier limit again. No data is deleted.

How does Inbill's price compare with other invoice apps?

Inbill only does invoicing, so you pay for invoices and nothing else: 10 a month free, $5/month for unlimited. Free limits and paid prices for Wave, Zoho Invoice, FreshBooks, Invoice Ninja and Invoice Simple, taken from their own pricing pages, are on the side-by-side comparisons.
