Inbill is an invoicing app you can talk to. Tap the mic and say who the invoice is for and what you did. The assistant drafts the invoice, you check it, and nothing is saved until you tap Apply. It understands English and Urdu, with Hindi and Arabic in beta. Free for 10 invoices a month.

How it works
Three steps
- Open the assistant from any screen in the app, tap the mic and speak one sentence: the client, the work, the price and when it is due.
- Read the card the assistant shows you. If it heard a name or an amount wrong, fix it right on the card.
- Tap Apply. The invoice is saved, and you can send it on WhatsApp, by email or as a link your client opens in any browser.
You can also type instead of speaking, or paste a WhatsApp or email conversation and let the app draft the invoice from what you agreed there.

Questions about your numbers are answered straight away from your own data. Anything that changes your data waits for your Apply.
Languages
Built for how you talk
The assistant understands English and Urdu, with Hindi and Arabic in beta. Speaking in Urdu works, but speech-to-text for Urdu still makes mistakes, so the app tells you to check the draft before you save it. The card exists so you see the numbers before your client does.
Phones and browsers
Where voice works
On Android, the Inbill app uses your phone's own speech recognition. On the web, Chrome and Safari use the browser's speech recognition. Anywhere else, the app records a short clip (up to 30 seconds) and sends it through our server to a speech-to-text service. The native Android app is in closed testing on Google Play. The web app works in any phone browser with the same account.
Voice needs an internet connection: the drafting runs on our server, not on the phone.

A voice-made invoice is a normal Inbill invoice. Your client gets a link with your Wise, Payoneer, bank or wallet details, and automatic reminders follow up by email if it is not paid. See pricing for what Pro adds.
Questions people ask
Can I make an invoice just by speaking?
Yes. Say something like "invoice Northwind for 40 hours of design at 95 euros an hour, due in 14 days". The assistant drafts the client, the line and the due date as a card. You can change any field on the card, then tap Apply to save the invoice and send it on WhatsApp, by email or as a link.
Which languages can I speak?
English and Urdu, with Hindi and Arabic in beta. Urdu speech can miss words, so the app shows a "review before sending" note while you record in Urdu. Other languages your phone or browser can transcribe may also work, but we have not tested them.
Does the assistant send invoices or delete things on its own?
No. Every change it proposes shows up as a card you approve first. After you tap Apply, sending an email or deleting a record waits 5 seconds, and you can cancel in that time. The assistant cannot see any other user's data.
Does voice cost extra?
No. Each message you speak or type counts as one AI request: 20 a day on Free and 200 a day on Pro. The invoices it creates count toward your plan like any other invoice. When a clip is transcribed on our server (devices without their own speech recognition), there is a separate cap of 30 clips a day on Free and 200 on Pro.
Where does my voice go?
On the Android app and in Chrome or Safari, your phone or browser turns speech into text. When it cannot, a clip of up to 30 seconds goes through our server to ElevenLabs for transcription. The text then goes through our server to Google's Gemini API to draft the invoice. We log the type and size of each request, not what you said.
Is there an app for my phone?
The native Android app is in closed testing on Google Play. The web app works in any phone browser with the same account. There is no iPhone app yet; the web app works in mobile Safari with the same account.
