What the real AI does
In the app you can type or speak a sentence to the assistant, or tap "Draft from a chat" on a new invoice and paste the WhatsApp or email messages where you agreed the job. The AI fills in the client, the lines, the currency and the due date. You check the form and save it. Nothing reaches your client until you send it.
It works from what was agreed. If a price is missing it puts 0 so you notice, and if a deposit was already paid it mentions it in the notes instead of changing the total.

Why this page does not run the AI
Each AI request costs money and has to be limited per person, so the real AI needs a free account with a daily allowance (20 requests a day on Free). The demo shows the same kind of result for one sentence shape, and the free invoice generator makes the PDF without an account.
Questions people ask
Is the demo on this page real AI?
No. The demo reads one sentence shape with a fixed rule that runs in your browser, so you can see what the AI returns without an account. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere. The AI in the app reads free-form wording.
What can the AI in the app read?
A sentence you type or speak (English and Urdu, with Hindi and Arabic in beta), or a pasted WhatsApp or email conversation up to 8,000 characters. It fills in the client, up to 30 line items, the currency and the due date. If a price was never agreed it leaves the rate at 0 for you to fill in. It is told not to invent prices, so check every rate before you save.
Can a pasted chat make the AI do something I did not ask for?
It cannot create, change or send anything, because "Draft from a chat" has no access to tools: it only fills in the invoice form. A pasted chat can still put odd values in the form, so check every field before you save.
How many AI requests do I get?
20 a day on Free and 200 a day on Pro. Each message, voice note or pasted chat counts as one request.
Which AI model does it use?
Google's Gemini API, called from our server. Your text goes through Inbill's server to Google and the draft comes back. We log the type and size of each request, not its content. See the privacy policy for details.
Can I make an invoice without AI?
Yes. The free invoice generator and the app's invoice form work without any AI. The assistant is optional.
