Last updated

  1. Deposits, card links and drafts from a chat

    • Ask for a deposit up front on the same invoice. The client page leads with "Deposit due now" and the PDF says the same.
    • New "Card / PayPal link" payment method: paste a Stripe, Square, PayPal or similar link and the invoice page shows a "Pay by card" or "Pay with PayPal" button.
    • "Draft from a chat": paste a WhatsApp or email conversation and the invoice form fills itself in for you to check.
    • Invoice PDFs now print your payment methods and a "View and pay online" link.
    • Dates show the month in words everywhere (13 Oct 2026, not 13/10/2026).
  2. Clearer messages, phone numbers and type size

    • WhatsApp and email messages now start with your business name and the amount.
    • Set a different Wise or Payoneer pay link on a single invoice.
    • Phone numbers have a country picker, and WhatsApp opens the client's own chat.
    • You get an email when a client accepts or declines an estimate.
    • Larger text in the app, and the Android app follows your phone's font size.
    • "New invoice" on a client's page starts with that client.
    • Your data export now includes "I've paid" reports, estimate answers and your logo; deleting your account deletes the logo too.
    • Lists show a loading placeholder instead of a misleading empty state.
  3. Estimates, reminders and the get-paid loop

    • The free plan now includes 10 invoices a month (it was 5).
    • Estimates and quotes your client can accept or decline online, then convert to an invoice in one tap.
    • Send sheet: WhatsApp, email, copy link, other apps or PDF.
    • Clients can tap "I've paid" on the invoice page; you confirm it in one tap.
    • Automatic reminders in three tones: friendly before the due date, firm on the day, final after it.
    • Client ledger with a running balance per currency, statements and a client page listing all their invoices.
    • Payment methods: Wise USD details and pay links, Payoneer request links, JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast.
    • "Collect now" on the dashboard: overdue, due this week and follow-ups for today.
    • Annual Pro plan and regional prices; Pro price lock promise.
    • CSV export, and for Pro a year-end pack for your accountant.
    • Upload your logo as a file. A three-step setup that ends with your first invoice drafted.
    • The free invoice generator keeps your draft and brings it into your account when you sign up.
  4. Weekly summary email

    • A weekly summary email, with one-click unsubscribe.
  5. Free rate calculator and a big round of fixes

    • Free freelance rate calculator that hands its rate to the invoice generator.
    • The free invoice limit is now enforced on the server, so it is the same on every device.
    • Urdu text in PDFs renders correctly.
    • Many fixes across invoices, the client page, PDFs, forms, settings and sign-in.
