Your invoices and expenses, in one place.

On the Expenses page, tap Scan a receipt and take a photo, or pick one you already have. The app makes the photo smaller on your phone first, then reads the total you paid, the currency, the date and the shop. It also picks a category for you.

The form opens filled in, with the line "Read from your receipt. Check each field, then save." Fix anything that looks wrong and tap Save. If the photo is not a receipt, the app says so and you can add the expense by hand.

The photo is kept with the expense in private storage, and a small paperclip shows which expenses have one. To read it, the photo is sent to the AI service listed on our security page.

Once you have expenses, the dashboard shows one line for this month: received, spent, and left after expenses. The Expenses page groups your spending by month with a total for each.

Money in other currencies is converted to your home currency for these totals. When the rate is approximate, the figure starts with a ≈ sign, so you always know which numbers are exact.

Paid for something personal from the same card? Tick Personal, not for the business. The expense stays in your list so you can find it, but it is left out of profit, the monthly totals and the accountant export.

Expenses are private to your account. Clients never see the Expenses page or anything on it.

Type or say "Spent Rs 7,250 on Adobe" to the assistant and it records the expense with the amount, the category and who you paid. Ask "What's my profit this month?" and it answers from your real payments and expenses. The assistant works in English and Urdu, with Hindi and Arabic in beta.
