We have just activated our PayPal integration for all accounts. Now you can use it along with Stripe with your favorite helpdesk (as long as it’s Zendesk for now :P).
PayPal is a tricky gateway, to say the least.
It’s one of the oldest methods of buying and selling online, so it has its own fair share of baggage. Confusing documentation, competing API versions, dead-end issues solved by undocumented parameters — we’ve seen it all. However, PayPal is immensely popular and now that we have it properly integrated, it enables important features for merchants with large customer bases.
It’s especially handy for companies accepting credit cards (with Stripe) and giving the option of PayPal because Inbill looks up customer billing data in all gateways and unifies it in one compact view — something every customer service agent would kill for.
